MUJI Canada offers returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale products, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

Return Process

  Locate your original paper receipt for in-store purchases or your order confirmation email and packing slip for online orders.

  Choose Return Method

  Bring your items to any MUJI Canada retail location or contact our customer service team to initiate a mail-in return for online purchases.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
